It can be caused by version 4.0.10, seems you need update it as soon as possible to 4.1..

I am afraid this is caused by 3rd party plugin, you have more then 100 plugins enabled, we cant check it one by one.. I suggest you try by your self to disabled them, and make sure you check them one by one to debug this issue
