ISSUE SUMMARY:
When uploading a license file, joomla come back with an error " No file selected" and wont upload the license

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Im updating the license file for plugin "plug_jomsomu"

2 After browsing for the file and choosing the file



3 The file name shows right next to browse
4 When selecting "upload file" it says not file selected, but you can see that the file is there from the screen shot above



5 Attached license file
