I'm still not able to complete this install. Can you help ? I've tried upgrading using the iJoomla Installer and also with the "Extensions->Manage" option and it fails every time. I've checked my server settings and I believe I have all the necessary prerequisites. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm going to send the FTP information to you via private message since I don't want to provide that info on the public forum. Thanks.
