ISSUE SUMMARY:
It seems to me that a lot of useful posts are simply deleted from the supportforum. How come? Maybe some f us could need them.

Well when I look in the backend, the membercount doesnt match the real membercount. You hade written a very well explanation about how to fix that with screenshots, thats why I ask why it is removed. I mean it can be useful for other members too. :)

that is the old issue, that issue should be fine in version 4.1.. have you used version 4.1?
