I've updated to the latest version 4.1
But all the strings in the front-end aren't translated.
I already downloaded the english language pack and tried to reinstall. No luck.

It's a multilingual site. English is my first priority though.

Can i just re-install without losing any info?
So just download from my account on jomsocial and install that through the joomla install without uninstalling anything. I will backup but it's a big site and takes a while to reinstate. I should avoid (unnecessary) downtime cause it's a busy site...

You database and media fill will be safe, but your costumize code will be replaced.. just do backup before upgrading

Ok i did that but no luck.
If you login the frontend (with the credentials i send you) you can choose in the top menu MY ACCOUNT > dropdown > EDIT PROFILE.

You'll see the image of the screenshot with all labels for tabs pagetitle etc as COM_JOMSOCIAL_BLABLA.

Checked with different joomla templates. Issue still exists.

this issue caused by language domain plugin, I already disabled it and works fine now
