Monitor Members Title disappears

ISSUE SUMMARY: When you are in a members account in jomsocial the tile disappears if you hover over the title. I even tried in on the Jomsocial Demo site and it does the same thing. demo.jomsocial.com/administrator/index.p...s&layout=edit&id=931

If your mouse hovers over any title it will disappear ie. Profile Pictuer, User Status, User Name, Email,etc.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1: login
2: open jomsocial
3: Monitor
4: Members
5: Select Member
6: Hover over a title of a field and it will disappear.

BROWSER: all major browsers ie edge, chrome, firefox, opera

do you mean this one:

I cant replicate it. the field title (black tooltip) will stay on mouse hover. could you please elaborate more?
maybe I missing something.

Tried it on a different pc just now same thing. I hover over the word stays but when I move my mouse it disappears.

its actually happening on the demo site of jomsocial as well. What I do is hover over and then move my mouse off of it and it disappears. I'm using the latest chrome version, tried it in edge and firefox same results.
