Blank page after upgrade

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Sorry guys but it's not funny ! Just after the upgrade i have a blank page when i access my site administration. Can't access to any admin pages even if i change manualy the link. BLANK BLANK PAGE.

In front side, when we click on any event i got also a blank page! We do registration for compétitions and the site is unusable now !! How to downgrade now ?

Ok that's strange ! After 5 minutes and after reloading the admin page, i finaly got access again ?? Weird and .... let see
