after upgrade we have the Error.

There is an issue with Joomla! so I can't access your site backend: prntscr.com/8jxm15
Seems like Joomla! installation is corrupted.

Also your supported domain is: gay-online.club
But you request support for: s580744274.online.de/gayonline

Only ONE domain could be supported...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

The FTP directory on the server for the jomsocial is s580744274.online.de/gayonline.
The Domain is www.gay-online.club / www.gay-online.club/administrator

When we update the jomsocial comes this error message

I'm afraid you're wrong. Check this two URLs:

gay-online.club/administrator/ (it works and I'm able to access backend, there is JS 4.09) prntscr.com/8jyie9
s580744274.online.de/gayonline/administrator/ (doesn't works) prntscr.com/8jyiia

So it's not the same site... or it doesn't work without domain...

Hallo Michal,

The page has not working .
That's why I have the page created with a backup.
The version is again JomSocial 4.0.9 why do not you see the error now I'm doing the setup again and then you can consider the error .

Ok, that's clear.
But error displayed doesn't come from JomSocial but from Joomla!
