Nothing but payment set up works after install - no menu items work.

ISSUE SUMMARY: Purchased jomsocial and adagency together but when I install it nothing works on the menu. The only thing that does anything is the link in the menu to the paypal payment. I uninstalled it thinking maybe because I wrote over the free install that worked fine that it messed something up. Nope. Fresh install still does not work.

Could you specify what "nothing works" means exactly? I logged in to your site and was able to visit "Mingle" page (JomSocial) prntscr.com/8juzfd , then browse to profile: prntscr.com/8juz2t , then "TRansportations -> Boats" prntscr.com/8juzj2

All menu items seems to work fine... in main menu and JomSocial toolbar.

If you mean two menu items here: prntscr.com/8jv021 - prntscr.com/8jv05y they will not work as they are external URL... with no URL specified.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

The entire menu in the back end for AdAgency. I can't post in the forum for that. There is no "new" button.

I can't get in and set anything up in AdAgency because none of the links in the menu work. If you log into the back end go to the Adagency and then try and make a new ad or anything nothing happens. That all worked in the free version.

I was even able to create new add "test" - it's visible as last position on my printscreen.

That is not what I see at all. This is all I see.

Also, I use Firefox as a rule but when you said it worked I went to Chrome and the same thing.

OK, I just went back and now it does not look like what I sent you. Now it looks like what you sent me.

But I tried to post an ad. Both using an already made and and making my own but nothing shows. I followed the video from the lady but that didn't work.

Is it the site or is it me?
