Hi, Tom.
Please, make "jomsocial" fully operational - now, when I try to log in I'm asked to subscribe.
I noticed that JomSocial frontpage is under ID 5438... but profiles are under 2140.
And you have a lot of menus and menu item. Please, indicate what menu item with ID 2140 is...
I didn't think you'd get in so fast and so I was trying something. ID 2140 is no longer connected to jomsocial and all jomsocial links now have 5438
Was there something else needed to make "jomsocial" fully operational ?
Again, thanks for the speedy help.
Tom
PS
ID 2140 is in the main menu as FUN
ID 5438 is in the main menu as Jomsocial
BTW, I'll stay out of the admin and not tinker in case you are in there. Thanks again
HI, Tom.
After you change profile URL get ID 2148 which was "Add an Avatar" in "Crime Scene" menu.
I disabled it.
Now profile pages have ID 5438.
Again I disabled it... but your system constantly tries to reach it...
Also you don't have menu labelled "Main Menu".
I'm afraid that your database is messed up. For example take a look here:
prntscr.com/8gl13t
Edit profile is a child menu item of "Jom Social" but it's displayed weird...
I need to take a look into your site database.
Please, edit your first post and provide MyPHPAdmin access.
I've entered the login info for phpmyadmin in my first post.
Thanks
Tom
Is the issue the text ★ because I figured since its star in my menu that it belonged.
Thanks for looking at the problem. I'm looking forward to any answers you can find
Tom
Hi, Tom.
Your issue was caused by System - Core Login Redirect plugin. It was misconfigured so I disabled it.
Now JomSocial works fine.
But I must admit... sorry to say that but your site is a mess... database... oh my... I'm surprised that this site holds together. There is a serious overhaul before you... good luck!
Thanks. We're running smoothly and we've pruned and repaired the database.
