Can you six months the service mean?
Program installation and the programs do not even use it immediately.
After the automatic installation program is the best program that allows users to try out immediately.
I have asked several times to help you.
Very disappointed in you company.
Korea does not have any users I know why.
The service is disappointing.

I'm really sorry that you are disappointed. But the problem lies not with our service or product but in communication. You ware asked many times to use at least communicative English so we could understand whet help you need. We could barely understand you.

So how we could help you if we don't know what is wrong?

Please, be honest - the only thing you could complain about is, I'm sorry to say that, your low English skills that make our communication ineffective.

Solution to this issue is really simple - ask someone with better English skills to help you post understandable request.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
