STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Download JomSocialPro package
2 Unzip
3 Install using ExtensionsManager
4 Components -> iJoomla Installer
5 Just see strange screen...

please make sure Internationalization extension installed at PHP.

I'm afraid was not help. I install: php5-intl and libicu-dev, my distro is Debian 8.1

/administrator/components/com_ijoomlainstaller/

I need to test and put some code for debugging purpose. The issue must be at server side, but I still dont know what is it.
until I can find the line of code that make that blank page.

or there is any server error log? not under joomla folder but under server it self.

OK, You can edit this files, and apache log files are in /var/log and the are accesible for you.

If you still cannot installing the jomsocial at your server, please download the package from jomsocial.com > my account, and install it from joomla extensions manager
