Status Bar and Menu Toolbar Features Not Working!

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After upgrading to Jomsocial 4.0.7 on the latest Joomla 3.4.1 Stable platform, the following features are not working:
1). Status bar (say what's on your mind area) not showing on the frontpage and profile page
2). Menu Toolbar does not show drop down items for : myblog, profile and friends menu items.
3). Menu items on profile page not working

What we have worked through
Viewed in different browsers to determine if that was the problem
Features still didn't function

Viewed in Windows 7 & 8
Features still didn't function

Ensured all menu items published
Features still didn't function

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login and go to community and try to post from Jomsocial frontpage (you'll notice no status bar there)
2 Try to make a comment to someone else's post and you'll notice that it allows you to type, but it won't actually post
3 Sub-menu items on profile page not functional

I cant access your site. got blank page. seem there is an error. I need your FTP access detail, please edit your first post at this topic and put credential information at site info form.

My server shows FTP activity with the username and password provided to you. Either you or someone from your company did indeed access my site.

Regarding the blank screen, it took us 12 hours to locate the file that was causing the issue. It was in fact a Jomsocial plugin, "Import/Export User Data For JS" that we had not activated, but it was active. We deleted the file and the website was functional again.

The status bar and menu toolbar features are now working. However, we are having problems with uploading photos altogether and we are getting a "undefined error" popup message. I'll close out this support request and post a separate request for this.
