4.0.6. to 4.0.7. worth it?

I would like to know the benefits of upgrading from 4.0.6. to 4.0.7. because everytime I upgrade, I have to manually edit all my pages again, and I'd rather not if the improvements are minor.

Is there an upgrade list that specifies what has been done ?
