I have installed JS 4.0.6 on a temporary domain to test before upgrading support domain. domain is:

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When installing JS 4.0.6 on fresh Joomla 3.4.1 installation with default template and changing site language to RTL language, JS is broken and can not be used in frontpage
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Install new Joomla 3.4.1
2 Install RTL language (i.e. hebrew)
3 Install new js 4.0.6
4 open js homepage in site frontpage
RESULT
Page is messed up
EXPECTED RESULT
Page in its default status (like in LTR)

So I just added it to your current template index.php (in <head>).
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I think it is a bug in js that whenever you switch to RTL language, this file is not loaded (it happen on all templates). your solution is good as a workaround but it is certainly not good for production use
I also suspect it's a bug, but before I'll report it to our developers I need to do additional test.
Please, use my workaround for now...
