Facebook login problem

Dear mates
I faced next problem. All users can login via faceboook but me (developer) and administrator can not.
This is the popup i see.
Can you explain me what is the problem and how to solve them?

Hi Nazar,

that warning message only appear for APP owner. here the temporary fix:
