ISSUE SUMMARY: After I upgraded to 4.0.5 the registration process will not work.

I just tried this again and the registration worked for one email, but the error happens when I try to register with this email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I have tried this email several times and changed the username and info, but it still creates the problem.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 visit www.NCCChurch.org
2 Visit members tab
3 Click Registration
4 Fill out Registration form
5 On second page where it says register click register
6 The form does not register you. It pulls up a page without a template.
RESULT The form does not properly register people
