The About Me tab is doing nothing

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Clicking on the About Me tab in profile is doing nothing…. should it not take me to the user's detail profile?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. login to user front end
2 go to user profile
3 find "About Me" tab and click on it
4. and see nothing happen
5. and wonder why that is the case

RESULT: nothing
EXPECTED RESULT: display the user's profile details
BROWSER: Safari and Chrome

Hi.

You enabled js scripts compression in your template. That damages our scripts. So I disabled it and now tabs work as they should.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hm…. Have you guys tested 4.0 with jchoptimize and other optimization extensions that utilizes JS compression?

Hi.

JomSocial js files are already compressed and additional compression just damaged them.
You should introduce exceptions for JS js scripts.
There are a lot of different optimization extensions, we don't test them - their developers should rather test their extensions if they compress other extensions files properly.
