After upgrade unable to browse member error 1064

ISSUE SUMMARY:

1) Before the upgrade, guest is able to browse member but after the upgrade guest now when click on view all member they are direct to error 1064 page. Please help.

2) now when I add a webpage link or url on status update or say what on your mind. There is preview display. It only just show the link in text.
