ISSUE SUMMARY: I just updated to 4.0.2 and the en-GB.com_community.ini file is still the same. Wondering since I fixed it, if will cause issues with something else.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 file location: language/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.ini
2 Around line 3256: where it starts with ; @plugin names override
3 Notice the "Font" difference between the double quotes around the Plugin names overrides compared to the double quotes everywhere else.
4 I changed these lines, saved, and uploaded.
5 Now they look the same as the others.

Question: will this hurt anything else or was this on purpose?
I say this only because I have had to do it with each upgrade.

I confirmed this is a valid bug. for temporary you can changing it to " instead of ”
