Back to a clean Jomsocial

Hi
I am running a site where Jomsocial is mixed with Joomforrest. It give me many problems everytime there is a update.
Now I want to run only the Jomsocial. Where/how do I change, so everything is pure Jomsocial?

JomForest is a template provider. So you mean you have JomForest template and you want to get rid of it?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I advise you to consider hiring developer to customize or build a similar looking template for you: www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers

So I cant use Jomsocial without a template? Think I understand now :)
My problem is, that Joomforrest and Jomsocial is very very slow. Change of page 7-10 sec. and jomsocial.com/community is very fast.
I like your speed :)
I am loosing many many users due to low speed.
