New posts don't appear in the stream after upgrading to 4.0.1

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Since upgrading to 4.0.1 yesterday afternoon, when you create a status post or attempt to post into a group, everything seems to proceed as it should, but the post never appears in the stream or group. This error in functionality has been confirmed with several users of our site.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 - add a status post (either in a group or a general status post)
2 - view the stream

EXPECTED RESULT - status post should appear

I see that every attempt to post something ends with 500:

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I see, this issue caused by akismet issue, we already marked this as a bug.. for time being I disabled the akismet setting.
