Unable to set korrekt link adress in JS toolbar menue items

JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

ISSUE SUMMARY:
In the toolbar menue all items do not link korrektly.
If I try to solve this in backend then other destinations than I selected were inserted. If I select "community/profile" as manue item type there appears "community/notifications" instead.
If I try to add a menu link in other menues (i.e. main menue) the same problem.
That happens only when I try to link to Jomsocial items but not with other extensions.

With kind regards

Hi, Burghard.

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site backend.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

I understand that link names that appear after you choose menu item type could be misleading. But everything is fine if URL is fine - you could check it in field below: prntscr.com/6j20bb

I report this to our developers anyway - there should be no misleading titles.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Burghard.

I talked with developer. This "bug" is inherited from very old version of JomSocial. It was accepted as a bug and now we should wait for fix.

Hi, Burghard.

It was accepted but it status was changed from "bug" to improvement" and is planned for JomSocial 4.1.
So probably this will take a bit longer time.
