ISSUE SUMMARY:
After I install JomSocial, my back end goes to a Blank page or a a page that says Data not received. It will not open JomSocial from the back end, no matter what. It goes to that page. JomSocial is the mod or component that does it.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Install JomSocial 4
2 Click Jom Social from Component Menu

seem your server overloaded. make sure you follow jomsocial requirements:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements

I suggest you to asking your server support. It must be logged at server error logs, related with this issue.

We have checked the logs and there is nothing there regarding JomSocial and this is the only thing we've found, doesn't appear JomSocial is in the log.

We've tried increasing the memory size, the php size and it still goes blank or says internal server error. Still working with them on it, but not sure what's wrong.

Truncate works on tables only, not database names.
There would likely be a table inside the test_gameinatrix database that
they want truncated instead.

Do you happen to know what that table is? Also I don't know how to do what you're suggesting. Would you happen to know where I can find a good tutorial?

You can close this out, I took a little time to find some instructions on how to truncate and got it done. Thanks so much for trying to help though!
