Hi.

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site backend.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi.

Where is link to JomSocial in menu? It seems that except JomSocial toolbar there are not menu items related with JomSocial...
This key file is not loaded: ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/assets/css/style.css

Also you have issues with menu items in JomSocial toolbar:

When you upgrading JomSocial by uninstalling it, menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:

- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for every JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in all other menus

Make sure that you fix ALL JomSocial related links that way ;)

Also make sure that you put JomSocial frontpage menu item outside JomScoial toolbar.

Hi,

I only touch template manager. really strange, suddenly jomsocial is working now.
It might be plugins conflict. you can asking that components provider for more support.

Hi,

that icon getting bigger because there is a CSS conflict with the template is self:
please put this CSS at your template

#cModule-HelloMe svg {
  width: 12px;
}

every template must be have they own way how to put custom CSS. you can asking your template provider for that.
