your site speed is normal here. if you feel still slow, you can adjust your server configuration for php and mysql, but you need coordinate with your server support. how much you can increase any memory limit, if too much your server can down. thats why you need to coordinate with server support. they will know what need to be increased.

and about that error, that only warning or php notice. you can turn off error reporting at joomla configuration. try that first, maybe can help with speed.
