recaptcha don't work

And it will be not. JomSocial 4 doesn't use reCaptcha anymore. We decided to use NO Captcha in new version:

You'll need to set it up again.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

how do I reset nocaptcha? I have to install a new plugin?this is the registration page ( www.edilsocialnetwork.it/register.html )..you can see that the captcha is not displayed.

No, you'll need to enter new keys for NoCaptcha.

Browse here: www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html
Log in.
Register domain and generate new keys.

Then browse to: Backend -> Extensions -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Site -> Nocaptcha (box)

please edit your first post at this topic. and put it at site info form.

I suggest to retrieve new key for recaptcha. seem that key not valid any more.

Hi Giacomo,

please contact your template provider. the issue from the template it self
if you disabling the template in temporary, by put ?template=0 at the end of the URL at registration page:
http://[domain]/register.html?template=0

you can see the captcha will be loaded nicely.
