hello,
after installing the update to version 4 I no longer access the content of the profile. already after login I display a blank page like the one attached.

Please, upgrade access rights, for account you provided us, to Super User.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Your issue was caused by:

JSPT Community Plugin
JSPT System Plugin

I disabled them and Community is visible now. Probably JSPT (at least version you use) is not compatible with JomSocial 4.0.1.
Please, contact with JSPT developers to solve that issue.

one last question. I see on the home page of the tab. the labels of the tab can be displayed in an alternative? (i.e. horizontally)

Yes, they can. But after some customizations. but you'll need it yourself or hire developer to do it for you.
As we have a lot of requests since JS 4 release, customizations request have lowest priority.
