Hi,
My website is on bootstrap and the latestst versions of Jooma and JomSocial.

The JS modules should show stacked vertical but they are shown horizontal. Some layout is missing too....

Hi Patrick,

please joomla bakcend > extensions > module manager, open any related modules and change the module position (and module name if needed).

and here jomsocial built-in module positions:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Built-in_Module_Positions

or you can put that module to template positions

but if you using jomsocial built-in module positions, you must put it at different positions, if more than one modules in same position for jomsocial built-in module positions, that module will be stacked vertically (with click able tabs)

Hi, Patrick.

No layout is missing :)
Browse to Backend -> Extensions -> Module Manager.
Find ALL those modules and just change their name to something short like : Events, Groups, Members, Photos, Search, Videos, Online.
It apply to all modules assigned to "js_side_frontpage " position.

To get rid of numbers:

Edit this file: ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/module/tabs.php

Line 22 should look like this:

href="#joms-app--<?php echo $module->id; ?>"><?php echo (isset($module->showtitle) && $module->showtitle) ? $module->title : ''; echo count($modules)?></a>

Just remove:
echo count($modules)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

In an other topic you mentioned the "js_side_frontpage_bottom" position but tht makes no diffrence...

Any updates on this?

Unfortunately i am on a live site.....

Hi Patrick,

you must put every module on each positions, so at each positions only assigned for one modules. if more than one it will be tabbed.

here the solutions:
