Hi Norris,

Here is a link to a very detailed document explaining the process to upgrade jomsocial documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Updatin...d_JomSocial_Versions Please be aware that this can be a complex thing to do and upgrading joomla 1.5 to the current version is also complex. This is outside our scope of support and while we can answer common questions for you we are not able to do the migration ourselves. I would recommend you look at contacting a 3rd party developer to assist you with this task. www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers

Please help me to migrate only community database, and user. I don't sure how to migrate only userdata.
I created two sites for this process :
old version is :mig.deadsocial.org
new version is : test.deadsocial.org
I need to move only user data and stream activity and save between.

Hi, Norris.

I have version of jUpgrade that still works for old Joomla! 1.5.
It works for sure as thanks to it I migrated few of my sites.
After that just follow documentation Paul provided.
It really works. Just reach step where you'll be able to use iJoomla Installer, then it will do a tier upgrade for you - it works 100% I tested it for JomSocial 2.8.x

Please, note that we will NOT do any migration or upgrade for you as this is beyond our technical support. Follow documentation and post on forum if you'll have any issues with migration.

If this is will be not enough for you, consider to hire professional developer who do migration for you:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

You are support, so when I can not find a solution must be turned to you. i pay you for that.
You are tell me a solution that does not work. Update stops of Upgrading progress ... this plugin tells me: Migrating undefined ....
Not only that I have one line documentation, and tell me what to do just does not work.

Hi, Norris.

That's correct - we support you during upgrade process, but will not do an upgrade for you.
Could you specify what steps did you take?
In which point it failed?
Which documentation did you followed?
What is site URL?
