First try to fix menu items issue:

When you upgrading JomSocial menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:

- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for EVERY JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in ALL menus )

Where can i find all the links? I just made a group but can't visit it and can't find the links in a menu or so.....

Just check every menu and look for broken links, then fix them.
It seems that you did it already.

Did you made an upgrade?
It looks that you have a very big mess in there;

Profile page tries to load item ID 124:
component/community/1253-administrator?Itemid=124

In your backend this menu item is called: "Bewerk mijn pagina "
But marked as: tagcontent » profile. Tagcontent???
When I edit this item I could see that it belongs to JomSocial: index.php?option=com_community&view=profile&task=editPage

So something is messed big time.

The same thing for menu item "Maak groep" 710.

I disabled them and this fixed the issue. All such a menu items should go to trash can...
