Activities that shouldnt show in wall do show (userpoints) in 3.2.1.6

I think I found a mistake in the latest JomSocial version 3.2.1.6.
In the userpoint system I have unpublished "cover upload" and 'avatar upload'. This should mean that they don't receive a point for this activity, but it also should mean that the activity no longer appears on the wall. So when I upload a new cover, the activity should not appear as an activity in the wall. This is how it has always been; and it even says at the top of the user point page "Disabling the user point will also disable the activity stream creation."

I did the dirty work for you guys and found out where the problem is. Go to the code in the file: joomlaroot/components/com_community/libraries/activities.php line 98. Notice the following code has been commented out (it was not commented out in the last version 3.2.1.5):

            //no reason to disable activity if no points is given
//            if ($point) {
//                if (!$point->published) {
//                    return;
//                }
//            }
Those few lines basically prevent the activity from being published if there is no point value. If I remove the comments from those lines everything works how it is expected to work.

SHOULD BE:
            //no reason to disable activity if no points is given
            if ($point) {
                if (!$point->published) {
                    return;
                }
            }
