group discussion error

I face this problem: I created the first JomSocial group (from the front end) which went fine. However when try to create a JomSocial discussion I get this error:

"Sorry, this group is under moderation by the Administrator."

(I am a super user)

Other JomSocial functionalities like photo, event etc. seems to work and Enable Group Discussions is set to yes.

Please advice.

Your issue is caused by sh404sef extension. It created short sef URL to discussion create page... but it's wrong: prntscr.com/62x6j7

index.php?option=com_community&Itemid=145&groupid=0&lang=en&task=adddiscussion&view=groups

There is no group with ID 0. This will cause issues. So you'll need to add exception of some kind.
For further questions, please, contact with sh404sef developers.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Thank you for that.

I do need the sh404SEF for Kunena's subscription email URL's and also for RSfiles so I keep it active but now I deactivated the sh404SEF URL's entirely from the entire JomSocial module. Seems that is a winning combination.
