Jom social reinstalled after a period of inactivation

JomSocial Expired

Hi, I had Jomsocial installed on my site but I did not re renew my subscription and it had lapsed for a period of about six months.
However I have renewed today but I cant seem to upload and get it to work on my site
Im not sure what the issue is to be honest and would appreciate your help.

Hi, Paul.

Did you tried to upload it from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses ?
After you download package, unizp it and browse to Backend -> Extensiosn -> Extension Manager -> Upload package file.

Use com_community package for installation. For more questions, read this tutorial: blog.arvixe.com/installing-jomsocial/

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
