JomSocial Expired

We have recently upgraded our site to Joomla 3 and in th eprocess uninstalled the previous version of Jom Social , purchased the new Jom social Pro under order number 18966 11-22-14

I installed Jom Social version 3.1.1 but have now discovered that the editing options are not available, in fact although the options tab is on the page it goes no where
I have tried to load Jomsocial 3.2.1.5 but when I do the install kills the site completely and I have to roll it back or re install my akeeba backup.
are you able to offer any advise on how to resolve this.
Also note we have moved the instalation from www.gemcameraclub.com.au to gemcamera.club I have asket your accounts to change this for us in another forum request. so when you use the information below for admin log in please use gemcamera.club/administrator

Hi, Wayne Bentley.

Lets wait till your domain change request will be accepted.
Then edit your first post here and enter correct site credentials.
Also update your thread when it wil be done (make sure that thread status is "Pending Support".

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Wayne.

"but have now discovered that the editing options are not available, in fact although the options tab is on the page it goes no where"

Please, could you elaborate? provide printscreen or page URL? What "editing options" do you mean?

we have been using earlier versions 2 where the edit option for previously created events was available from a module position, My understanding is that versions 3 use the options link lower right of an event window for admin or the originator of the event to edit the event.

see attached screen shot
However on our site this options link goes to the page we are already on and no other options appear

so our problem is there is no way for anyone to edit an event once created,
