I upgraded yesterday from last Jomsocial version & i lost my admin access. I cant go to my back office. Can u please help me?

I'll need access to PHPmyAdmin.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to "Miscellaneous".
Weekend is near (in next 30 minutes I'll end my shift) so please make it quick so I could help you before it comes... after my shift is done I'll be available at Monday... so two days without backend access...

Credentials seems doesn't contain correct URL.
There is username and password... but I need URL to PHPmyAdmin panel.

I was able to login to your site backend using root method.
Your account is assigned to "Registered" so lost Super User privileges.
That's why I need access to database.
No data will be lost ;)
Just provide correct access to PHPmyAdmin and I'll restore your access in 5 minutes.
Now I need to leave but I'll check forum when I'll be back (in next 1-2 hours).

Finally I did it :D
I used special tool that granted me super user access as even using $root_user this couldn't be fixed (due to ACL restriction).
So I restored your user Super User access.

But STRANGE thing is that database used in your Joomla! doesn't appear in OVH panel... data you provided is for totally different database. I can't say where it is as I don't know... for sure not in OVH...

When I'm on your place I'll do whole site backup using Akeeba Backup and create new database in OVH, then restore using Kickstart. Lack of database access could be problematic in future...

Nevertheless your site backend is unlocked.
