Hi, Daniel.

No, Technical Support doesn't over migration services. You'll need to do it on your own.
For luck it's quite easy process for JomSocial. Just install iJoomla Installer in your current installation (2.5) and using it upgrade JomSocial to latest version -> 3.2.1.5. Then you could safely upgrade Joomla! to 3.3.6.

I've checked your installation and you'll already with JomSocial 3.2.1.5 so you're nearly ready for upgrade to Joomla! 3.3.6.

It's easy for JomSocial to migrate but it may be more complicated for rest of extensions you have and for your current template. Each extension has own prerequisites for migration. In most cases is enough to just upgrade to latest versions or uninstall older ones. And you'll have to build/buy new template as those for Joomla! 2.5 will not work under 3.3.6.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
