Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
After creating events I can't access them via most links on the front-end. I provided a video link located in Misc Information section to showcase the problem.
never ended loading at web page mostly because server side issue. please contact your server support to retrieve error logs about that.
with error logs, we can know from where the problem is.
Did you watch the video, seems to be above the web server level. Seems like the first event clicked shows up fine, then when I click on the same link again it won't reopen, that rings LOGIC ERROR to me. I'm running the server, so let me know what level of logging you need and I'll get it to as soon as I can.
yes, I saw the video. and I can reproduce the issue at your site. shows up at first time, but at 2nd times the browser loading very long. this must be server issue. please have a look at access log, and error log at your server. you can contact your server support for that logs.
Just an FYI, the reason this happened was part of a larger issue on my AWS server I'll specific below:
The ephemeral port range on AWS's documentation associated w/ ACL network rules are incorrect or at least incorrect for typical Apache web-server setups. They only specific a subset of the ephemeral port range that needs to be open on both inbound and outbound traffic. If not setup correctly, with the full range, it'll either fail, fail occasionally, or make your server intermittently slow.
