JomSocial Expired

I have just installed JS Pro on a virgin Joomla 3.3.6 install running under Plesk 12 on a Windows 2012 VM in VMWare 5.5
The system is snapshotted in VMWare and backed up within Plesk if a rollback is needed
JomSocial is installed on the nominated supportable site and I am on day one of my six months support

Problem:

The install created a main menu link
When clicked, the link correctly specified in the menu manager is ignored
- rather the alias is appended to the site root (hence yielding a 404)
I have tried manually adding community menu items to yield the same result
Other non-JomSocial links work okay

Please advise
Phil

Hi Dinas

The site is on a dev box which uses static IPs from Virgin Business - we often get down time overnight with them

It's up now hanchet.com/

Hi Phil,

Please check again, should work fine now, this issue caused by "Use URL rewriting" on Joomla config, I alraedy set to No, if you want set to to Yes, you should change htaccess.txt to .htaccess on Joomla root.

thank you
