I bought Jomsocial the other day and installed it on my site yesterday. After installation through the extension manager, it does not appear on my list of components, and occasionally shuts down my site. Can you take a look and see what I did wrong (and help fix it)? And, I don't think it installed correctly, as I have no JomSocial modules or menu items available.

I dont know the credentials for phpMyAdmin. I can ask my tech team but they are off until Monday...was hoping this would be resolved this weekend. See updated FTP instructions below or in previous post.
