When I go to the Administration and Components/iJoomla Installer. I fill my license and when I click on Install, a blank page appear and nothing.

seem there is a some restrictions at your server site. iJoomla installer using CURL with external URL as source.
please ask you server support about it. because the page loading never ended.

maybe there is some setting with the CURL library? because ijoomla installer using that function. could you please asking the server support. related with CURL setup at the server.
because the CURL request got RTO loading forever, never ended.

you are right, CURL is enabled. But not only that, in some server they put some restriction or any cofiguration outside PHP. It can be at web server (apache / nginx), or at server operating system it self. firewall maybe.

please try to asking the server support. why CURL request from ijoomla installer always RTO / never ended. the server must be have logs about that.
