Jomsocial has started to break my homepage

After the last upgrade jomsocial has started to break my homepage as if it contained an unclosed div statement. As a result my two right sidebars and the jomsocial sidebar are no longer displayed. This only happens on the jomsocial homepage. The other problem I now have is that the logout icon on the jomsocial toolbar now looks funny.
