Users say there is no comment link on posts

I just started this new website and users are saying there is no comment link under posts. This is strange because I can see the comment link as the superuser and can comment on their posts. Is this a permission setting? Very strange.

Hi, Artisan.

Your in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Site settings are:

Only Friends can Comment on Photos -> YES
Only Friends can Comment on Videos -> YES

So probably this is cause of their "issue". Change this settings to NO and ask them to check again. Also create a ordinary user account so you could see your site as every user do ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
