stock at JomSocial Installer

hello guys,

i installed jomsocial on my website i follwed all the steps on the installation guide and i am stock in the JomSocial Installer.

after i press done it goes back to the welcome tab on the jomsocial installer. there is no mosocial backend control panel

not sure whats going on but i cant go to the JomSocial Backend Control Panel

Hi David,

The dummy file is not deleted, if you found dummy file inside this folder administrator/components/com_community please delete it.

If still not working, please provide me the FTP access.

i when ahead and deleted the com_community from my directory now i get this

if am not mistaken it has to do with the siteshaper ....

let me know so I can give you the FTP info so you can check it out. not sure whats going on I followed all the instructions on the video

Please you re install again..:) dont delete entire folders, just delete this dummy file "installer.dummy.ini"
