Our website seems to open in two segments - the top opens quickly and the bottom opens sometimes 30 seconds later. We have to go to another page and come back or click something for the bottom half of the site to even open. How can we fix this or speed up the page load time?

You have lot of adsense module, this issue caused by them, and make your site very slow, you need to minimalize the ads on your site.
