There seems to be issue with CSS after update. I have updated to latest version. The update was performed on the test system. Please add the below ip address to the host file to access the test system.

If you notice the homepage, it looks displaced and is not right. The login screen does not display the form, all the display related to jomsocial are not right. I even tried with Beez_20 default template and the same problem exists. Hence it does not look like template issue. I have created a temporary admin account for you.

I am sure you enabled the css compressor right? please you disabled it, this issue caused by it.

There are no CSS compression plugins. I am not using them. Even pagespeed is disabled.

I restarted apache and it is good now. The issue was with pagespeed.
