Hi, we have recently updated Jomsocial from 3.2.1.3 to 3.2.1.5 using IJoomla installer. Everything went fine, apart from the fact, that all of our users, groups and events avatars have changed to the default one. We use Amazon S3 for storage. Would you have any clues on what happened?

I hope that do you have backup copy of your site.

I wonder if just upgrade caused it or fault in files.

Is it possible that you restore your site on JomSocial 3.2.1.3, then in External Storage configuration you set everything to local, save, run cron and check if content was restored on local... then do an upgrade and switch External Storage to Amazon S3 again.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
