I have run into this thread and I have removed the bootstrap call from the views.php file but still the problem persists.

From the js calls I see that it is still 2 times on the page source?

How this can be corrected?

I just checked your site, dropdown at activities stream it works. maybe that because browser cache at your side.
please try to clear it first.

I have tested Chrome, Safari and FF both in OSX and Windows and still I have the same problem.

sorry my mistake. the problem with activity stream module, not jomsocial main activity stream it self.
seem that problem because CSS conflict with non jomsocial page.
