I have VPS server on intovps.com
I installed default machine, my status bar on community is not working and when i try to upload photos, I am getting error "Uploaded file type is not supported". Is there anything special to configure in WHM?

Hi, Drazen.

Make sure that temp folder is writable.
Make sure that temp folder is specified in php.ini or php server configuration
Make sure that file extension is allowed in backend _. Control panel -> Media manager -> Options -> Legal Extensions (File Types) and Legal MIME Types

You may also try to disable MIME check and Restrict uploads.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Drazen.

Ah, it means that you don't have required image libraries on your server and you need to install them manually.

Hi, Drazen.

They will be installed along with GD library:

1. Go to WHM -> Software -> EasyApache
2. If prompted to upgrade, do so then repeat the above step
3. Begin customizing based on the current profile
4. Proceed through the screens until you get to "Step 5"
5. On "Step 5," click on "Exhaustive Options"
6. Under PHP, check the checkbox for GD
7. Proceed with Build & Compile Process

Other way: kb.iweb.com/entries/25662567-Installing-GD-Library-in-WHM

After that restart your server.

Okay, I fixed everything...now i have other question:

I added some URL fields in Customize Profile (example: Name: YouTube; Field Code: FIELD_YOUTUBE) and I want to show those URLs on peoples profiles somewhere in header or in right column...how can I do that? thanks!
