I m using jomsocial 3.2.1.5 and joomla 3.5
all is ok in the troubleshoting section of jomsocial.

I read a lot of topic with the same problem, the issue is to move from suphp to fastcgi, but i have more than 8 site on, this server i can t do that.
What can i do? please help...

Hi Sarl,

It would be very unlikely that this issue is related to any previous issues regarding 777 permissions. Previous issues were contained to the old postbox and that code is removed from our product. I am not saying it isn't happening , but i think it will not be related.

Because this fault is affecting a server and it's permissions we would need the follow before we can go any further

1. We would need a test site created so we can debug without affecting your users. Because the fault may make the site inaccessible during testing, debugging this on a live site is not a good option
2. Access to the server so we can reset permissions for the test site should they change during testing. This will allow us to continue debugging without waiting for you to change file permissions.
The best way is for us to have SSH access or cpanel / WHM access. Issues like this require access to the server logs and enough access to change permissions

Because this issue is server / site related we will not be able to successfully debug without the above.

i have edit my first post with information on the test domain

we made a new fresh install just for testing on overspicy.fr same serve, other domain.
You can do what you want hire, noone online.

only the www folder goes in 777, no the files or the others folders, so you can quickly change the right to 755 with filezilla.

seem there is a issue with Joomla function for delete file. here the temporary fix:
edit /components/com_community/controllers/photos.php at line 3246 - 3247

JFile::delete($oldTypeImg);
JFile::delete($oldStreamImg);

//JFile::delete($oldTypeImg);
//JFile::delete($oldStreamImg);

Thanks, but i can do that, my sql server is not enough update to go to a new joomla version. So i have to keep my 3.2.1. But now, with the 2 line deleted it work well.
